The Systems Analyst II will analyze, monitor, and support the Customer Care Platform applications while driving customer satisfaction from Merchants, Account Managers and Customer Service teams. The Systems Analyst II oversees the production ecosystem to support these applications and ensures maximum uptimes. The Systems Analyst is also responsible for resolving escalated support incidents and effectively communicating the solution. This position is the focal point to the platform, ensuring operational and process excellence.
The Key Account Manager II should be detail orientated and demonstrate expertise in category management, operations, merchandising, store support, customer service, reporting and analysis. This individual should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, have great communication and teamwork skills, and should have the ability to project manage through planning and scheduling. An ideal candidate works independently, is proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on excel and queries, and is a problem solver.
The Account Representative II position involves the day-to-day servicing of InComm’s Authorized Agents and kiosk machines. The Account Services Representative will also have direct responsibility for an assigned territory’s operations including: accountability for sales activity, reactive servicing of problems, and issues that arise for the accounts of that territory.
The EMDM Developer is a key contributor to the growth of InComm’s Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) platform, which continues to expand and develop to meet business needs. He/she will be responsible for the development, implementation and operational support of the Informatica MDM platform. This will require broad knowledge to ensure that the solutions implemented follow master data management best practices along with practicality to interact cohesively with existing applications and integrations. He/she is expected to be a result orientated team player/leader that can solve master data management challenges using the Informatica suite of tools.
InComm is currently seeking a Buyer I to join our Purchasing team. This team is responsible for purchasing, receiving, and managing the needs of various departments. The team facilitates relationships with vendors (FedEx, Pitney Bowes etc.) to accommodate the company's needs.

The Software Engineer II is responsible for managing all technical aspects of software development for applications including, but not limited to, the development of prototypes, writing code and application program interfaces (API), testing, support and deployment.
The FS-Web team is a team that develops, deploys and maintains multiple websites and applications to support our card holders. The team will be responsible for end to end delivery of these web applications as well the required services to support customer self-service functions.

InComm is seeking a Director I, Third Party Risk Management and Service Delivery to join our Compliance and Risk group in our Atlanta office. This group is responsible for Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and 3rd Party Risk Management.
The 3rd Party Risk Management team is responsible for risk assessments for 3rd party vendors as well as managing the guidelines for the onboarding and offboarding vendors. The team consist of a total of 3 people currently, but is in growth mode.
As the Director I, Third Party Risk Management and Service Delivery, you will be 3rd Party Risk Management, but 70% of your time will be focused on Services Delivery and you will work directly our clients.

Incomm is looking to expand its team with a Senior Software Developer. This position requires the ability to implement business requirements and design specifications into working product. This position also includes adding features and functionality, support of InComm Healthcare and Affinity applications.
InComm is currently looking for a Product Manager III to join our Financial Services group. This Product Management team is the hub for all products related to our VanillaDirect Barcode Solution, which will include our Account Funding & Bill Pay.
The Product Manager III will report directly to the Director I, Product Management and will sit in our Atlanta office and will be focused on the Account Funding product. This is a strategic role and it will be focused on launching new products into our existing retail clients. This is a cross functional role within InComm and you will be the liaison between our technical teams and the client.
The Product Manager should have the following experience
- 5 years of Product Management or Account Management experience
- Payments industry experience is a plus
- Experience launching new products
- Ability to think on your feet.

InComm is looking for a Director I, Cloud Services to join our Operations Integrations team. The Director I, Cloud Services is not a hands-on technical position. This is more of strategic role and responsibilities will include:
- Cloud Management
- Providing and enforcing governance for the Cloud environment.
- Coordinating Cloud activity
- Working very closely with the Cloud Architect
- Evaluating and onboarding new Cloud vendors and manage the vendors
- Defining the onboarding and offboarding process
- Manager Cloud Platform budget
The Director I, Cloud Services should have the following experience:
- 5+ years of Cloud Solutions experience
- Previous architecture experience in a Cloud solutions
- Experience with PCI and HIPPA
- Ability to travel
