The InComm Fraud team strives to provide excellent customer service to our consumers on a daily basis by assisting with fradulent transactions on their pre-paid accounts. We work diligently to ensure we are promoting customer advocacy by resolving all claims within the shortest timeframe possible. In addition, the Fraud team works as an advocate for Incomm by preventing Fraudulent claims.
As Incomm grows, the Fraud department grows as well with plenty of opportunity for advancement. We capitalize on growing team members by providing hands on training and support. This position sits in our InComm Saint Petersburg office.

InComm Digital Solutions is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to help craft automated testing solutions that enable rapid delivery of high quality software. You’ll be working alongside first-class agile development teams in an energetic environment. Your primary objective will be delivering clear assessments of software quality in the shortest possible cycle time by building and supporting testing framework, tests, and test tools with API and GUI-based test automation frameworks using JavaScript (Angular/Protractor) and NodeJS.

This Collections Rep I position is a non-exempt position reporting to the Collections Manager. The incumbent will assist internal and external customers when issues are encountered. This will include fielding calls, responding to Debit Info requests and field staff regarding dealers’ account status and follow up. The incumbent will work with the third party collection agency in placing accounts for collections and reporting direct payments. This position will serve as back up for absent RCMs as needed. The schedule for this position is 11:00am to 8:00pm Tuesday thru Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday.

InComm is looking for a Technical Systems Analyst II to join our Configuration Solutions team. The Configuration Solutions team is responsible for configuring all InComm platforms to support the launch of various products, merchants, processors and other related efforts are being consolidated into the Configuration Solutions team.
The Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing incoming requests to identify and implement all system configurations required to facilitate successful transaction processing for any business request. The Technical Systems Analyst oversees all production deployments for the team. The Technical Systems Analyst provides troubleshooting assistance to on-call support teams, while offering leadership and training for Configuration Solutions.
The Technical Systems Analyst should have the following experience:
- Demonstrated competency in relational database structures, and reporting/query technologies, particularly SQL and Oracle PL*SQL.
- Demonstrated expertise/understanding of programming languages such as .Net, Visual Basic, Java and J2EE General IT Support and/or helpdesk experience.
- Familiarity with standard SQL commands and syntax.

InComm has two unique programs at Sam’s Club – one with pay-from-scan, point-of-sale-activated, vendor managed inventory, (POSA), the other with traditional cost-of-goods inventory (EV). The Inventory Analyst I will interface with Sam’s Club’s replenishment team as well as with multiple teams within InComm to support both of these programs for both in-club and dotcom.

InComm is currently seeking an Oracle EBS Program Manager II for to join our IT Operations group located in our Atlanta office (downtown). The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall all delivery of an Oracle e-business suite program. This program sets the stage for delivering an enterprise rating solution which will allow for additional and enhanced KPIs surrounding company financials, as well as reduce accounting overhead when considering transactional exceptions from a revenue based perspective. The program consists of posting revenue, partner payments, billing, pricing, scheduling, reconciliations, reporting and General Ledger utilizing an Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The new Oracle ERP system allows for more comprehensive and timely financial reporting. The goal of the program is to minimize manual intervention, provide more visibility to exceptions, improve data accuracy for Financials, and allow greater insight into company level profitability so that leaders can continue to make the best business decisions possible.
We are currently working on Phase I, which is all US, Canada and Puerto Rico merchants and partners. Our potential rollout is approximately 5 -19 months out. The project contains the following:
- 5 Active projects
- 7 New projects to be added
- 5 Inactive projects (3 complete, 1 canceled, 1 on hold)
- Over 105k hours in iPlan hours consumed
Other projects post the delivery of the Oracle e-Business Suite Program includes:
- iProc
- Fixed Assets
- Domestic and International Integrations
- Acquisitions (IDS, IHA, IAS)
- Enterprise Reporting EMDM
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of ERP Program Management experience with at least 2 years of Oracle eBusiness Suite experience.

The Salt Lake City, UT office supports the customer care departments (call centers, fraud, billing, account management) in providing tools to research and report on various inventory and transactions to support merchants, customers etc. There are two applications in active development requiring a full-time engineer to assist, lead and conduct the development on these applications. There are several projects in addition to the ongoing bug fixing and enhancements to these applications that require this position to be filled.
