    About This Opportunity

    The FLOS Business Analyst I is responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations by providing second-level technical support.  The incumbent will function in a highly collaborative team environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide second-level technical support to consumers, external business partners, and internal business partners.
    • System and software administration, development, documentation, testing, installation and training of internal and external business partners.
    • Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products and analyzing support trends.
    • Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

     

    • Performs work with general supervision.
    • Handles basic second-level technical issues and problems.
    • Possesses good knowledge of subject matter.
    • Requires 2 years experience in a technical support position

    • Problem management.
    • Oral and written communication skills. 
    • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
