    About This Opportunity

    This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining and documenting license applications, renewals and bonds required for the sale of prepaid products and bill payments.


    • Assists in preparation and filing of license applications and renewals
    • Assists in preparation and maintenance of surety bonds required by each state for the sale of prepaid products
    • Tracks issue and expiration dates for licenses and communicates same in a timely manner
    • Assists management and counsel in the preparation for and performance of examinations as well as remediation of any findings
    • Prepares, distributes and files reports of examinations
    • Prepares draft responses to auditor’s requests for information
    • Coordinates collection and submission of documents related to licensing process
    • Creates and distributes a weekly management report to update the executive team on status of licenses
    • Maintains files containing current and historical licensing documentation on a state by state basis.
    • Performs various entries and processes within the NMLS system


    • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate business experience required
    • Experience with regulatory compliance in a financial services environment
    • Experience with state or federal licensing processes
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Familiar with NMLS system
    • Accuracy and accountability for workflow
    • Knowledge of accounting practices
    • Proficiency in PC operation to include advanced knowledge of Excel
