    The Associate Partner Account Manager Club Channel (Intern) will be supporting the execution of processes, helping client relationships, assist account managers through initial and ongoing client launches, recommending adequate product quantities, and help maintain a consistent client revenue stream as well as other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. This position’s key focus will be to support, assist, execute processes, and grow gift card sales by supporting Partner Account Manager – Club Channel.  This position proactively supports existing client relationships to ensure that current and new programs are operating with maximum efficiency and profitability as well as develops and implements procedure strategies for maintaining efficiencies of the club channel business in a fast paced and evolving environment.

    • Excellent knowledge in relationship management skills
    • Manage and assist with team projects including event coordination and process improvements
    • Ability to manage order fulfilment, live inventory, partner setup, logistics and billing among other operational tasks.
    • Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations
    • Ability to analyze sales reports and identifying trends
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
    • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve account issues in a timely manner
    • Ability to act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, including operational tasks
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
    • Other tasks a per assigned
