    About This Opportunity

    InComm’s Financial Services division is dedicated to growing consumer adoption and usage of consumer facing products, including VanillaDirect Pay, which allows consumers to pay their bills using cash at InComm’s retail partner locations, as well as MyVanilla®, Serve® and Bluebird®, our reloadable prepaid card brands. A key part of driving consumer adoption and usage is ensuring a positive consumer experience with our mobile apps and websites.


    The Senior Mobile UX Designer has a strong background in consumer user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes and has utilized user testing through the development process to ensure consumer feedback is incorporated. This critical role will interface with key stakeholders in Product Management, Product Development and Marketing and is comfortable working in an agile methodology. He or she utilizes strong presentation and communication skills to work with key stakeholders to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the vision.


    • Oversee user experience design for mobile applications and ecommerce websites.
    • Responsible for visual designs/asset creation, and style guides for mobile applications, websites, and client pitch decks.
    • Create various types of UX documentation to define users, user and business needs, gaps, pain points, journeys, requirements, and features and functions.
    • Translate requirements into wireframes with wireframing tools, including detailed annotations.
    • Create visual designs from wireframes, and brand guidelines for Android and iOS mobile applications, and responsive web design.
    • Provide front-end development with assets and design specs.
    • Collaborate one-on-one with developers for design implementation.
    • Run remote unmoderated and moderated user testing.
    • With with QA team before project releases.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design or related field.
    • 7-10 years of UX/UI design with consumer facing mobile apps and responsive websites.
    • A deep understanding of mobile first and responsive web design.
    • Knowledge of best practices and patterns for Android, iOS and responsive web design.
    • Familiarity working in a CMS.
    • Prior demonstrated success of integrating industry standards and best practices in UX and visual designs.
    • Experience working in agile, fast -paced environments.
    • Content strategy and copywriting a plus.
    • Experience with related software (Adobe Creative Suite, iRise, OmniGraffle) and collaboration tools (Jira and Confluence).
