    About This Opportunity

    InComm IHA is looking for a Product Manager to lead initiatives to introduce new market items and enhancements to our current product base.  Technical initiatives will include updating user interface and user experience, updating our mobile app, in addition to other items outlines on the product roadmap.  This position offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the organization and bring your innovation and problem solving skills to the table. 


    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic to tactical.
    • Sell the product vision.  Create buy-in.
    • Specify product needs by conducting research with internal and external customers.
    • Define industry solutions, product strategies, and develop product roadmaps.
    • Develop business cases to support key initiatives.
    • Manage and prioritize product backlog.
    • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and features.
    • Become an expert with respect to the competition and the industry.
    • Lead commercialization process for assigned products.
    • Act as a leader within the company.
    • Employ "Get Stuff Done" (GSD) professional methodology to all assignments.
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned.




    • Minimum 2-3 years experience in product management or in a related area
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Strong customer focus
    • Excellent project management and time management skills
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching software product using Agile methodologies
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to write in a clear and concise manner
    • Well developed interpersonal skills.  Ability to get along with diverse personalities
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
    • Self-starter able to work well independently
    • Must be able to travel 10% of time
    • Experience working in the financial or pre-paid industry a plus
