    About This Opportunity

    This position will be responsible for the management of InComm’s revenues and costs of revenues for multiple Channels for the Atlanta operations which include approximately $25 billion of annual transaction volume.  This position will be responsible for the reconciliation of the balance sheet and income statement accounts as it relates to the timely and accurate monthly close of the financial statements.  It will also be responsible for merchant unbilled accounts receivable.  Additional responsibilities include providing qualitative analyses of monthly financial results, ensure appropriate revenue recognition, and providing support to FP&A activities.


    • Complete monthly close on a timely and accurate basis.
    • Indirectly supervise staff to ensure proper revenue recognition.
    • Coordinate with accounts receivable, accounts payable and account management teams to resolve any set-up or pricing issues with merchants.
    • Oversee merchants’ daily transactions and reconcile to account receivables invoices.
    • Provide analytical and accounting support to month-end closing process and ensure ongoing integrity of balance sheet and income statement accounts, including trend analysis.
    • Review and approve unbilled A/R account reconciliations
    • Prepare variance analysis on unbilled A/R accounts and preparing journal entries if necessary.
    • Ensure intercompany transactions are posted and accounted for appropriately.
    • Develop and document processes that are not currently supported by existing systems or processes which could include new products or errors in existing product set-ups.
    • Review Daily reports to ensure merchant related issues are addressed and corrected.
    • Act as co-leader in maintaining and improving internal controls relating to local accounting and information systems.
    • Support company compliance with internal control processes and documentation requirements
    • Provide financial and analytical support to a cross functional operations team for tactical and strategic business decisions.
    • Review merchant contracts interpreting language for financial / revenue impact when needed.
    • Assist in periodic reporting and analysis of performance metrics relative to plan for communication within the company.
    • Work with Financial Data and Accounts Management Teams to ensure merchant and partner rates are accurately stated.
    • Indirectly lead, train, and mentor assigned accounting staff. 
    • Assist management on special assignments.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited four-year college or University, Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience or CPA a plus
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
    • Relevant industry accounting experience is a plus
    • 2-4 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a corporate accounting environment and/or public accounting
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
    • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and various levels of management, including legal and sales management who may not have any accounting/finance background.
    • Well organized, detailed oriented team player with proven ability to multitask effectively and work independently.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point and Advance Excel knowledge including experience with advanced functions and pivot tables.
    • Experience with Oracle Financial Systems/Accounting ERP systems is a plus.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle critical deadline demands
