    About This Opportunity

    InComm is hiring a Sr. E-Commerce Product Owner to drive and launch new e-commerce initiatives for one of our largest digital partners. In this role you will be the trifecta of Product Owner, Project Manager and Client Manager delivering end to end from strategic planning to project delivery. 

    Responsibilities

    InComm’s E-Commerce and Digital Acquisition team has end-to-end responsibility for our digital sales channels and is looking for an experienced Sr. E-Commerce Product Owner. This role will focus on driving efficiency and effective in all functions of the channels. This includes, but is not limited to, driving initiatives in technology processing, operational optimization, supply chain management, and servicing.

     

    A successful candidate will be able to think beyond specific functions and take a full end-to-end view of processes. This candidate must be able to be an owner and take full responsibility for all aspects of operations. In addition, a successful candidate will be able to help manage projects to launch new products and expand into new digital opportunities. Must be able to work with cross-functional partners in technology, supply chain, operations/servicing, compliance, risk management, legal, etc. This role is for someone who excited to work on major initiatives, aggressive enough to drive projects and an influencer to work with cross-functional teams. 

    • End-to-end project and partner management for e-commerce initiatives.
    • Coordinate internal resources and external partners for the flawless execution of digital projects.
    • Produce project deliverables consistent with project management methodologies to include, but not limited to, project schedules, status reports, and communication plans.
    • Communicates project expectations, issues, and risks to project team and senior management.  
    • Support project teams and all cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.  
    • Demonstrate accountability for results of the team.

    Qualifications

    • Owner mentality with focus on owning entire end-to-end e-commerce programs.
    • Significant relationship management experience and a partner mindset.
    • High degree of initiative with a sense of urgency.
    • History of delivering major projects in a matrix organization with multiple partners.
    • Ability to understand technical concepts or learn them quickly.
    • Experience working with technology and operations to optimize processes.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
