    Responsibilities

    Position Responsibilities/Tasks

    • Correctly enter new cardholder disputes into specified Microsoft Access database used for tracking
    • Sort incoming customer dispute packets received via fax, USPS, or email and disburse to appropriate Dispute Analyst.
    • Print, label, and mail all cardholder correspondence as it relates to cardholder related disputes.
    • Scan finalized customer disputes

     

    Qualifications

    Position Requirements/Qualifications (List Essential Knowledge and Skills, Includes Experience and Education Requirements):

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Excellent data entry skills
    • Good PC skills using MS Office
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to complete accurate work, with interruptions, to meet deadlines
