    • Process requests from Sales and Product teams for execution of required master data updates and Oracle Offer Form enrichment to support new product launches at merchants
    • Analyze contractual changes and conduct updates to support new rating structure
    • Perform product and party data enrichment required to facilitate rating of transactional information
    • Create, Modify, and Maintain Oracle-based Offer forms
    • Perform research, analysis, and data enrichments required to resolve Oracle exceptions
    • Perform data analysis and fulfill data requests required to conduct decisioning on rating activities and subsequent data enrichment
    • Research Partner and Merchant billing/invoice issues in Oracle 
    • Assist Sales staff on resolution of billing and reporting issues



    • 2-5 working with terminal data and/or maintaining data relative to pricing/rating of customers/products sales data
    • Training or similar certifications within Oracle E-Business preferred
    • 2+ years experience working within Oracle AR, AP, Forms, or related Accounting/Financial modules, Oracle e-Business preferred
    • AR Billing experience preferred
    • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Data Analysis and Entry experience a plus
    • Prior exposure to a professional Sales Environment a plus
