    About This Opportunity

    InComm is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to facilitate platform and product funcational enhancements as well as communicate business prioritization an dlead solution systems through solution design and approach.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary point of communication for Business prioritization and lead solution systems analyst to communicate solution design and approach.
    • Primary role is to facilitate the definition and scope for platform and/or product functional enhancements that meet stated product or functional business needs.
    • Primary role is to manage individual release sprints, contributing to the management of the overall development roadmap.
    • Primary role is to document functional requirements to direct development activities for each successive platform development cycles.
    • Primary point of communication between development, QA and Production Support for Development Roadmap release planning
    • Primary liaison between core FS business and strategy objectives and the IT approach to
    • achieving those objectives.
    • Support the business of new product development and existing product enhancement and facilitate IT's ability to respond with a 'Rough Order of Magnitude' (ROM) specific to design, development, resources, costs and schedule estimates;
    • Ultimately, ensure business requirements are translated well into detailed functional requirements and technical design;
    • Deliverable responsibilities: Scope, Business, Functional and Technical Requirements/Specification Documentation, Prototypes and Process Flows and project documentation artifacts.
    • Primary point of contact for coordination across these specific environments:
      • VMS
      • Greencard
      • FSAPI
    • Deliverable Ensure Delivery of planned initiatives on time with quality.
    • Ensure teams follow lnComm standards and best practices, for logging, code review
    • Facilitate development planning through SDLC from requirements to production delivery.
    • Support new and continued development of existing system. Develop, build, deploy and configure applications
    • Technical design and analysis of business use cases in preparation for development.
    • Work well in Agile or Lean Software Development Life Cycle.
    • Able to quickly adjust and support changing priorities per business needs.
    • Create documentation on the existing system and maintain documentation which includes current state of system flow, sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams, runbooks
    • Participate in the full lifecycle of projects, including effective use of version control, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Problem solving skills and the ability to work with innovative solutions
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and understand key issues quick!
    • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions while keeping management informed
    • Work effectively in a team environment to produce good quality and timely results
    • Able to work under tight deadlines while providing high-quality work

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of System and Business Analyst experience.
    • 4 year college degree required or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to grasp a technical understanding of a project quickly, see the big picture and drive to the project to completion.
    • Ability to lead large, complex development project discussions with minimal assistance.
    • General understanding of Financial Services products in the prepaid industry.
    • General understanding of the Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
    • Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Strong communication and personal skills.
      • Ability to lead discussions with cross-functional teams.
      • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
      • Must demonstrate the ability to negotiate and/or diffuse escalating situations and ultimately become a trusted advisor to partner teams.
      • Communicates and follows-up continuously (face-to-face then email, email then phone, etc.).
      • Does not wait for information. Goes out and gets it.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (word, visio, powerpoint, excel, outlook, etc).
    • Solid planning (forward thinking), development, evaluation/analytics and recommendation skills.
    • Experienced in successfully managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Critical attention to detail.
    • Solutions oriented - holistic approach to problem solving and able to identify solutions to various levels of problems without compromising integrity of service; Both strategic and tactical thinker with business process mindset.
    • Document, share knowledge and train others.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio).
    • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
    • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
    • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
    • Must have superior  verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience supporting internal and external customers.
    • Proficiency creating business and functional requirements, visio diagrams, use cases, sequence diagrams and test cases.
    • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments.
