    About This Opportunity

    InComm is looking to hire a Project Manager III to join our Fulfillment Delivery organization which focuses on providing InComm Partner’s with turnkey solutions to deliver both Physical and Digital gift cards to their end customers. Leveraging its’ own cross-functional team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, Quality Assurance resources and Support resources, the Fulfillment Delivery team works with our business partners to continually enhance and customize the platform offerings. Using strong Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Delivery processes, the team focuses on value add activities, as well as improvements in tools and processes.

     

    As the Project Manager III, you will play a key role in implementing the Digital and B2B Fulfillment deliveries from a planning, scoping, coordinating, and implementation perspective.  

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning and implementation of multiple strategic projects
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
    • Act as Scrum Master in managing daily tasks
    • Define project tasks with technical resources
    • Develop, manage and maintain project schedules
    • Grooming and refining of Product Backlog
    • Work with resource managers to coordinate project staff and manage resource allocation
    • Manage project budget when applicable
    • Work with management to plan, schedule, and prioritize project timelines
    • Track project deliverables
    • Provide direction and support to project team
    • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders in a timely manner
    • Communicate project status to varying levels of management
    • Implement and manage project changes, risks and issues to achieve project outputs
    • Perform project evaluations and assessment of results

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience with JAVA applications 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field of study or equivalent work experience 
    • 5+ years of experience in project management
    • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
    • Moderate experience using MS Project
    • Moderate experience with MS Office & Visio
    • Experience with JIRA/Confluence a plus
    • Experience with one or more of the following project management methodologies with a preference for Scrum (Agile, RAD, Scrum and Waterfall)
    • Excellent communication skills, and ability to write in a clear and concise manner
    • Familiarity with Transaction Processing concepts, practices, and procedures a plus
    • Experience with large transaction processing systems a plus
    • PMP certification a plus
    • Scrum Master certification is a plus
