    About This Opportunity

    The focus of the Card Production Analyst III will be on Quality, SLA’s, and Tracking Fulfiller Inventory.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop methodology to manage quality issues originating at InComm or at Suppliers to include: tracking and reporting, driving resolution, quarterly reviews, recommendations for improvement.
    • Develop centralized reporting for data file issues: InComm generated and Supplier generated.
    • Manage printed component inventory to support fulfilled gift card programs.
    • Analyze inventory usage of numerous components, set re-order thresholds, and develop reporting for prepaid components across multiple fulfillers. Provide reporting to Financial Services and Finance to enable reprint quantities to be determined.
    • Work with vendors and internal teams to develop inventory reporting solutions that meet the requirements of all teams.
    • Work with Card Production Managers to drive replenishment print orders to achieve optimal pricing, and prevent inventory outages.
    • Support Card Production Mangers by confirming the accuracy of data encoding by validating data proofs for production orders as required.
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree (At the very least, some college + real-life work experience)
    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Management, Inventory Management, Card Production, Printing, Operations or Direct Mail (or knowledge thereof, including prepaid gift cards, variable data fields, print collateral, etc.).
    • Project management experience a must.
    • Familiarity with variable data streams a plus.
    • Comfortable proactively engaging internal cross-functional teams to define new programs, provide production status, and work jointly through milestones to meet delivery timelines.
    • Self-starter – must possess sense of urgency and proven ability to prioritize workload across multiple product/project timelines.
    • Strong attention to detail, drive for accuracy and top-notch organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and cope effectively in stressful situations.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively, and resolve issues as they arise – and/or understand when it is necessary to escalate.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft office programs, particularly Excel
