    About This Opportunity

    The Operations Specialist – Brand Development resource is the primary contact and lead for brand launches and updates related to products for IDS Brand Development. Supports the overall team with all product launches. The primary responsibility and overall goal is to ensure stream-lined and consistent product launch while maintaining accurate and up-to-date system information. 


    • Become an operations Subject Matter Expert for the technology behind all brands and products as well as custom product setup. Research operational inquiries and be accessible to help answer questions from internal teams.
    • Monitor and track product launch projects and testing from product intake to launch. Communicate any and all status requests on launches and attend internal calls to provide status, challenges, issues
    • Liaison between IDS and InComm brand and product teams
    • Manage CRM tool with new product details and pricing to ensure sales and account management have up to date information
    • Process and coordinate digital and physical cert builds, implementations and updates
    • Provide and maintain documentation related to open loop process and open loop product details
    • Ensure system (Admin) maintenance is complete and addressed properly
    • Represent Operations in Product Management discussions related to advanced transactions and other product functionality
    • Cross-trained in other department roles and responsible for supporting closed and open loop product launch when necessary
    • Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work through complex situations
    • Provide support to internal teams when required and facilitate connections with appropriate company resources
    • Represent InComm Digital Solutions in a positive, professional, and customer focused manner.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Minimum two years client facing communication experience required.
    • Associates, BA or BS degree preferred
    • Experience with Adobe PhotoShop preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
    • Experienced working with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce), Sharepoint and activity tracking systems desired.
    • Ability to work with internally developed Administration and Back Office systems.
    • Project Management experience preferred.
    • Preference given to applicants who have demonstrated experience supporting “Software as a Service” products.
    • Experience in prepaid, stored value or gift card products a plus.
    • Strong commitment to customer service.
    • Strong interest in technology
    • Must be a motivated self-starter
