    InComm Healthcare & Affinity (IHA), a wholly owned subsidiary of InComm Holdings, Inc., the leading issuer and processor of gift cards, that processes over $15 billion in transactions annually.     About This Opportunity

    Incomm is looking to expand its team with a Senior Software Developer. This position requires the ability to implement business requirements and design specifications into working product. This position also includes adding features and functionality, support of InComm Healthcare and Affinity applications.


    Develop new and enhance and maintain existing applications for InComm Healthcare and Affinity.  These applications process over $140 million of payments for members of the country’s largest health plans.  Additionally, these applications provide card-loaded discounts to over 40 million cardholders. 

    • Collaborate with business professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for software development projects.
    • Use tools and methodologies to create representations of workflows, user interfaces, data schemas, etc.
    • Create high-level product specifications with attention to system integration, security, maintainability and extensibility.
    • Successfully communicate designs, research, and potential issues with team members and  stakeholders.
    • Develop, enhance and maintain existing applications.


    • Full Stack .Net experience C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
    • Excellent knowledge of UML or other modeling methods.
    • 5+ years of experience in software development, application design, architecture and deployment processes in a full stack .Net development environment.
    • 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio and .Net 3.5/4.0+.
    • 3+ years of experience with MVC, JavaScript, CSS.
    • 2+ years REST, WCF, SOAP, TCP/IP, Web Forms.
    • Demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modeling methods.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies, jQuery, Bootstrap or Entity Framework is a plus.
    • BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, Masters preferred.
