    About This Opportunity

    The Account Executive supporting our Wireless, Long Distance, and Digital Content products will focus on client relations, operations, and project management efforts.  The role involves the tracking of product setup and production, data management, inventory and supply chain status, launch testing, as well as reporting and analytics functions.  This role may also be responsible for managing the overall account relationship, launch activities, and distribution execution for Wireless, Long Distance and Digital Content/Gaming partners.  Activities would include execution of initial and ongoing account launches, maximizing opportunities to expand distribution of retail and digital wireless products, recommendation of additional account product offerings, engaging accounts in promotional opportunities, and helping drive partner sales growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage major product rollouts including forecasting, merchant selection, card design and the launch process.
    • Manage assigned product accounts; meet with top partners on a bi-weekly basis to understand their business direction, drive marketing plans.
    • Manage the communication of the product and product opportunities to the retailers and marketplace by working internally with Marketing & Retail teams as well as directly selling-in product to retailers.
    • Collaborate with Retail & Marketing teams to develop promotional plans and incremental placement opportunities.
    • Ongoing inventory management of partners’ card inventory, reorder cards as appropriate and liaise with internal card production teams in order to maintain a positive flow of inventory.

     

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ relevant Account Management experience
    • Post-secondary education in business or marketing
    • Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Experience in client facing role
    • Strong project management skills with the ability matrix manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
    • Possess drive and sense of urgency; a desire to proactively own operational execution, and a demonstrated ability to grasp new opportunities, develop solutions, and voice recommendations
    • Ability to travel in country and internationally:  approximately 10% travel
