    About This Opportunity

    The Administrator / Operations Manager position offers the opportunity to blend project management skills, analytics, logistics and operations knowledge into one role in support of a fast paced global organization.

    • Responsible for supporting account management, operations, merchandising and logistics. The role encompasses managing card inventory and forecasts for stock movements, handling replenishment orders, coordinating billing and reporting, assisting the regional and in-country team inproduct and account setup, and managing our assets at our partners’ stores.
    • Interacting with Account and Product Teams to assist with forecasting and determine optimal inventory levels that will minimize out of stock situations
    • Will work closely with various departments and business parties on daily operations and trade promotional execution.
    • Coordinate production of display units, artwork & marketing materials.
    • Source suppliers in artwork, display fixture, promotion materials and installation service.
    • Coordinate production of display units, artwork & marketing materials. 
    • Evaluate, select suppliers and negotiate contract terms to establish business relationships.
    • Manage domestic transportation, inventory supervision and replenishment with 3PL.
    • Lead regular meetings to communicate plans with regional and global logistics teams for input and feedback.
    • Coordinate with merchandising team to meet monthly supply requirements by store and SKU.
    • Assist with administrational duties such as preparation of company files and invoices for month end accounting procedures.
    • As part of job, Operations Manager will provide support for merchant enquiries; work on competitor analysis and research. Create product sales reports and sales presentation.
    • Remain educated and informed on all products and services in order to act in a consultative role for clients.
    • Assist management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.
    • Develop processes and SOP to accomplish above responsibilities.  





    • Native Chinese speaker is preferred due to massive communication with retailing operations and local vendors
    • Experience in a retailer operations or sales support position
    • Experience working within logistics role preferred
    • Understanding of Digital Content, Computer Gaming, Retail and Payment Industry an advantage
    • Ability to create and analyses product sales reports
    • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve client issues
    • Must be driven to identify and meet customer needs and expectations
    • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
    • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize workload throughout multiple accounts and tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
    • University degree plus a minimum of 3 years of work related experience
    • Fluent English in writing and speaking required
