    About This Opportunity

    The Category Management Analys is responsible for serving as an analyst for the Closed Loop Gift Card Team.  Working as an integral part of the team, they support the company’s objectives through business and analytical insight and by identifying business-building opportunities.  Exciting opportunity to interact with top brands such as Starbucks, Disney, Darden Restaurants, Game Stop and many more.  

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepares partner specific quantitative analyses in support of customer initiatives
    • Works with Marketing to complete promotional forecasting and analyzing results
    • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Provide standard (weekly/monthly) and Ad Hoc analysis
    • Monitors and reports status against relevant business metrics

     

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    KEY COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong data and technical skills to include scan data, consumer demographic data, and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Analytical and information processing ability with the ability to extract business intelligence from data sources
    • Ability to create compelling presentations from data analysis
    • Team player with a results driven approach
    • Independent Thinking

    KNOWLEDGE:

    • Working knowledge of marketing and sales processes
    • Understanding of category management process and principles

     EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:

    • Bachelors Degree (Business, Marketing or Finance preferred)
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience required in an analytical or Category Management role
