    Responsibilities

    • Key Marketing contact for assigned Sales Channels and Partner Accounts
    • Interact and collaborate with merchants, partners, sales managers and cross-functional teams.
    • Support key field business teams with business planning, promotional planning, in store fixtures, signage and top to top meetings.
    • Participate in account business planning process to develop optimized plan which will drive the achievement of key objectives.
    • Participate in customer meetings to drive marketing strategy, gain knowledge to use in strategic and tactical planning, and support the field sales teams.
    • Create, execute and report on merchant specifc marketing plans to meet both InComm, merchant and partner finanacial goals.
    • Gather and Assimilate Field and Internal Information
    • Provide recommendations to sales management and marketing management on marketing execution which drives the achievement of assigned goals.
    • Develop presentations, sales aids, and promotional material.
    • Create and develop promotional programs including: displays, POP, advertising, loyalty and awareness.
    • Development of permanent in store displays, signage and recommendations to optimize shelf space.
    • Plan, monitor and evaluate promotional execution with assigned customers.
    • Development and Communication of Marketing Strategies and Tactics
    • Support Channel Vice President’s strategic planning for business unit
    • Disseminate competitive intelligence.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • 3-5 years of experience
    • Degrees, certifications required or special training
    • Undergarduate degree or equivalent exeperince
    • Additional requirements/qualifications (skills/knowledge required)
    • Marketing experience, as well as, sales and project management
    • Exceptional computer skills:
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • InComm Data Tools (IRIS, InQue)
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Manage for results
