    About This Opportunity


    The MDM Developer is a key contributor to maintaining the daily operations of EMDM, as well as, aiding with HUB development activities as we onboard additional platforms or new functionality within the EMDM program to meet the business needs. This will require extensive knowledge to ensure that the solutions implemented adhere to master data management best practices along with practicality to interact cohesively with existing applications and integrations. This position will work closely with the EMDM team in operationalizing and developing master data management solutions for InComm. He/she is expected to be a result orientated team player/leader that can solve master data management challenges using the Informatica suite of tools.



    • Monitor the production environment, provide support, and ensure stability of the environment
    • Consults with team members ensure understanding of the technical requirements and future strategic direction of the business/function
    • Translates technical requirements into system requirements and design
    • Perform HUB configurations
    • Understand logical and physical data model for enterprise master data management solution
    • Implement requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows
    • Configure trust/survivorship and match rules with Informatica HUB
    • Advise and provide support to data stewards, other system owners and technical resources in master data management concepts and technical matters
    • Execute queries against MDM HUB and other inbound/outbound databases as required
    • Understand, document, and communicate technical solutions, best practices, and toolsets




    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
    • 3-5 years of Informatica development and product support experience required
    • Expertise in configuring MDM Hub Console including user setup, roles management, code migrations, server restarts, bulk merges and unmerges, and reports
    • 3-5 years PL/SQL experience
    • 1-3 years service layer experience and understanding of user exit concepts within Informatica Information Data Director
    • 1-3 years development experience with the internal functions of the Hub including match & merge, trust & validation, cleanse functions, mappings, and lookup, landing, and stage tables

    • Ability to handle ambiguity and make quality decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
    • Ability to collaborate with other technical experts to develop solutions and functional design documents
    • Demonstrate effective problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to switch roles between developer and production support analyst
    • Informatica MDM certification is a plus
