    About This Opportunity

    Are you interested in working for one of the top FINTECH companies that is constantly moving the needle in retail space by bridging the gap between consumers and services providers?  If so, this is the opportunity for you.  This is position is highly visible within the company providing you an opportunity with all the top retailers, content providers and FINTEC companies.  You will be in charge of group of project managers who are tasked with onboarding new partners on to InComm platform.


    The ideal candidate is highly motivated, passionate, and a quick study with excellent collaboration, teambuilding & negotiation skills; able to quickly establish credibility with business and IT leadership. This position is based at InComm’s Global Headquarters in Atlanta.


    • Monitors and oversees the portfolio of projects to ensure compliance, schedule, quality and process standards.
    • Assesses and reports on comprehensive performance data and statistics, and regularly report results to management.
    • Oversees all project documentation, including but not limited to project plan, communication, status reports, etc.
    • Directs project management staff, including hiring, monitoring, evaluating and motivating staff.
    • Monitors work load and work processes, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure that all operations are covered and productivity, customer services and quality goals are met.
    • Assesses training needs of staff and arranges for or provides training, coaching and technical assistance.
    • Leads or participates on appropriate committees and special projects as assigned.
    • Partner with key product management, business, engineering, customer and other representation to understand, define, prioritize, status and deliver upon requirements within an ever-changing workload while still effectively setting, observing and re-evaluating project priorities.
    • Facilitate forecasting and capacity analysis related to delivery requirements.
    • Establish and maintain the channels of communication necessary to assure timely management awareness of program progress and issues.


    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to understand the business need and translating that to help create and then manage innovative concepts to solve these needs
    • Flexibility and organizational skills to multi-task, juggle, and re-prioritize multiple projects and adapt to evolving stakeholder needs
    • Strong and enthusiastic relationship management skills
    • Results focused and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong, seasoned project management skills
    • Experience in software development, project leadership and business requirements analysis.
    • Experience with process design, improvement and development.
    • 3+ years management experience is preferred
    • Experience working in an Agile environment


    Essential Education:

    • BA/BS degree, Masters / MBA preferred
    • PMP certification preferred
    • Microsoft Office, Visio, Project Professional required


    Additional Skills and Experience:

    • Strong business knowledge and understanding of retail systems and/or financial transaction processing operations.
    • Prior experience in prepaid, loyalty and/or credit / debit card business a plus
