    About This Opportunity

    InComm is looking for an eager, resourceful, extremely detail-oriented project manager to join our Card Production team. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone who is a quick learner, somewhat of a perfectionist and who loves working in an extremely fast-paced environment. In this role, you will get to own the end to end projects for third party card production. You will be interacting with so many different internal teams and our external partner brands. Every day will be a little different and you could be managing up to 600 products at a time! You will be doing anything from verifying new orders, checking accuracy of information, working with external brands, managing data ordering and test cards, ensuring tight deadlines are met, etc. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about all parts of the business and gain a deep understanding of the FinTech industry. 


    • Focus on management of card production manufacturing for U.S. and Canada Third Party card partners for Gift, Content, and Gaming.
    • Manage card production milestones to include artwork review, data files, data/card testing, scheduling, and shipping/logistics with chosen printers.
    • Interface with existing suppliers, educate new vendors on InComm specifications, and ensure that all printers comply with InComm policies & procedures to maintain quality assurance standards.
    • Communicate with Corporate-based groups such as IT, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Account Management to drive production milestones.
    • Escalate issues to internal InComm Executives and Account Teams.
    • Comfort level working with outside clients in support of their custom printing needs.
    • Produce spreadsheets tracking Production Project statuses, Expenditures, and generate Print Management Reports as needed.


    • Proficient use of Microsoft office programs, specifically the ability to run reports via Excel
    • Minimum 2 years experience in project management
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Knowledge of printing process, knowledge prepaid cards or gift cards 
    • Proven project management experience in managing multiple, simultaneous deadline oriented projects
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teamsxcel.
