    About This Opportunity

    As a contracts processor you will be responsible for daily documentation using various of software & accounting/ finance applications. You will be the subject matter expert in processing data & records, conducting contract analysis, manipulation & formatting. You will gain the hands on experience in day to day responsibilites of maintaining and achieving defined quality standards within InComm Agent Solutions contracts department.


    The responsibilities of the Contracts Processor include but are not limited to:

    • Provide document preparation using various software applications and general office support
    • Data/Records processing, analysis, manipulation, and formatting via a database or other company applications for conformity to company procedures, rules & regulations
    • Must have the ability to copy and paste as well as cut and paste data between multiple screens in a fast and efficient manner
    • Answer all inquiries (phone queue, email, fax, mail) on departmental services and functions
    • Research using a variety of tools and systems
    • Communicate backlog and work flow issues to Manager
    • Achieve and maintain department’s defined quality standards
    • Prioritize own work and apply some judgment as required under various situations
    • Attention to detail, strong proofing/editing skills, and the ability to work through complex document markups in a timely manner
    • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between Dealers and relevant staff; interpret and respond clearly and effectively to requests submitted either over the phone, in person, and to verbal or written instructions
    • Understand and keep up to date with the systems, applications, products and services used or provided by InComm Agent Solutions
    • The shift hours are 3 pm - 8 pm; Monday - Friday




    • Intermediate to Advance Computer Skills (e.g. MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Typing speed of 45+ wpm
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is a must
    • Well-developed organization and extensive follow-up skills are a must
    • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
    • Must possess decision-making, analytical and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous contracts and issues at the same time
    • Ability to answer a phone system
    • Knowledge of business office etiquette and equipment
    • Attend training meetings/sessions and interacting professionally with peers and managers
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Desire to learn
    • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
    • Travel will be required during hurricane season
    • 3-8pm Mon-Fri required schedule
    • Fluency in one of the following languages is highly desirable: Spanish or French
