This Global WorkPlace Technologies position is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, administration and support of the Office 365 portfolio.
The ideal candidate is expected to be a thought leader on strategic decisions as well as operational support.
This individual contributor position will be an integral part of a dynamic, cross functional Global WorkPlace Technologies team that is responsible for the engineering, operations and support of InComm’s enterprise client-facing platforms.
Experience with on-prem to O365 Exchange migrations
Experience administering Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and LDAP
Experience with engineering and architecting Hybrid environments
Strong documentation skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, ability to evaluate and manage competing priorities
Subject matter expert in Office 365 administration, migration, and feature set
Experience in identity federation set up, administration, and support
Experience in AD and Azure AD SSO setup, administration, and support
Ability to effectively communicate with other team members to cross-train on problem trending and resolution.
Ability to provide project leadership or work with project leaders in a technical leadership capacity to ensure success of projects.
3+ years’ experience in client platform systems administration
5+ years IT experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience
