    About This Opportunity

    This Global WorkPlace Technologies position is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, administration and support of the Office 365 portfolio. 

    The ideal candidate is expected to be a thought leader on strategic decisions as well as operational support. 


    This individual contributor position will be an integral part of a dynamic, cross functional Global WorkPlace Technologies team that is responsible for the engineering, operations and support of InComm’s enterprise client-facing platforms.

    Essential Functions:

    • Implementation, administration and support for the following systems:
      • Exchange
      • Microsoft ADFS and SAML Authentication
      • SharePoint Online
      • OneDrive for Business
      • Skype for Business Online
      • Azure Active Directory
      • Enterprise Mobility Suite
    • Experience with on-prem to O365 Exchange migrations

    • Experience administering Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and LDAP

    • Experience with engineering and architecting Hybrid environments

    • Strong documentation skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, ability to evaluate and manage competing priorities

    • Subject matter expert in Office 365 administration, migration, and feature set

    • Experience in identity federation set up, administration, and support

    • Experience in AD and Azure AD SSO setup, administration, and support

    • Ability to effectively communicate with other team members to cross-train on problem trending and resolution.

    • Ability to provide project leadership or work with project leaders in a technical leadership capacity to ensure success of projects.

    • 3+ years’ experience in client platform systems administration

    • 5+ years IT experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience


    • 2+ years’ experience in systems administration of enterprise level MDM (Intune)
    • Experience administering endpoint security implementation
    • Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android management
    • MCSE and CISSP certifications
