    About This Opportunity

    This position requires the ability to coordinate, plan, document and manage InComm Financial Services implementation projects of moderate complexity. Specific experience evaluating, launching and administering Financial Services software is strongly preferred.  Knowledge of and familiarity with the retailers’ point-of-sale systems, Payments Processing industry, and bankcard operations to a variety of service providers is also strongly preferred Whether those consumers are activating prepaid products, paying bills, enjoying real-time discounts through a membership card, purchasing digital goods in-store or adding funds to an online account, InComm is there to provide unique gift-gifting opportunities, cater to on-the-go shoppers, deliver added value through loyalty programs and serve cash-based consumers.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Maintain complete control and responsibility for the entire installation and implementation process the financial services multi-project environment including projects development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, closing.
    • Facilitate conference calls and/ or on site meetings for key milestones such as Kick Off Meeting, client requirements gathering, Cutover, etc.
    • Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from project scoping phase through implementation.
    • Ability to assess risks, assist with problem solving, and identifying cost savings to the associated.
    • Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
    • Review work and technical documentation submitted by the business and development teams.
    • Keeps stakeholders well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development teams, clients and business.
    • Manages the project team resources assigned to a project within budget and project schedule
      • Drives all task to completion in order to meet project goals. 
    • Basic understanding of complex database concepts and database design techniques within the financial Services/payment processing industry.
      • Provide professional consultation on hardware, software, and network solutions to effectively meet the customer's business needs
    • Basic understanding of Website, IVR and Mobile application development
    • Assess and evaluate client needs and Product team scope for initial requirements of project and develop project plan and objectives based on the assessment.
      • Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including - but not limited to - project timelines, schedules, agendas and training plans.
      • Ability to use Microsoft Project to track progress; drive the direction of the project and to communicate with involved team members, with a high degree of proficiency
    • Work with the Product team and Business Analyst to ensure that business & functional requirements and product roadmap documents are captured, version controlled and stored in logical tool accessible to all resources.
      • Support promotion of project management best practices and FSIT Portfolio Management processes
    • Proactively identify factors jeopardizing the project and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
    • Manage multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Conduct post project reviews with management to improve workflow and identify opportunities for efficiencies
    • Other Tasks and Responsibilities as Assigned

     

    Qualifications

    • 3 + years Implementation/Project Manager and or subject matter expert
    • 1 + years of experience in Web/mobile Development
    • 5 + years of experience in card processing industry preferred
    •  Degrees, certifications required or special training:
    • PMP certified or working towards this certification
    • University Degree/ College Diploma or Equivalent
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Confluence, JIRA
