    About This Opportunity

    The International Implementations team supports Sales, Marketing, IT and Operational efforts in a diverse and challenging global business environment.


    As an International Implementations Manager (IM), you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple small to medium size projects which require the ability to lead and influence project stakeholders.  On larger and more complex strategic projects, the IM may participate as a consultant or subject matter expert in support of traditional IT Project Management resources.  The IM is also responsible for operational management of 3rd Party Processors and InComm Retailers as it relates to Product Implementations.


    When supporting Product Implementations and/or Partner Integrations, it is the IM’s responsibility to conduct a wide variety of Project Management activities across multiple internal and external groups to deliver.  Typical projects will include high-level, complex requests with high priority and strategic need.  IMs are also expected to lead, mentor, and train less seasoned staff to aid in continual improvement and education efforts. IMs are expected to oversee activities to facilitate project work flow in a timely manner and to break down barriers when necessary to assure the needs of InComm Retailers and Partners are met. Project efforts are consistent in approach and are comprised of many repeatable and process driven tasks.


    The role will also deliver documentation and process improvements which increase efficiency in the way InComm executes and drives Partner satisfaction. This role will provide a consolidated, single point of service and communication regarding product implementations internally and externally.



    Major Responsibilities

    • Full E2E Accountability for International Implementations
    • Coordination/Assistance with Partner/Retailer Integrations
    • Responsible for Project Pre-Planning, Milestone Tracking, Execution, Oversight, Wrap-Up, and Lessons Learned Activities
    • Operational Management of 3rd Party Processor and Retailer Relationships, as Required
    • Maintenance of All Project Documentation and Artifacts
    • Distribution of Communications to All Stakeholders for Assigned Projects
    • Resolution of Internal Trouble Tickets and Provide Assistance to Internal Support Teams, as Required
    • Coordinate and Manage All Special Projects or Miscellaneous Assignments, as Required
    • Ensure All Milestone Updates are Timely and Accurate
    • Utilize Scheduling and Forecasting to Reduce Escalations
    • Build Rapport with Business Teams Globally to Enable Effective Communication and Collaboration
    • Promote Idea Generation and Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Track and Log Issues, Roadblocks, and Highlights to be reviewed in Search of Continuous Improvement
    • Spearhead Effort to Maintain and Regularly Update on Retailer and Partner Level Implementation Details
    • Assist Management in Forecasting Regional Product Implementation Pipeline
    • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Various Areas of Business
    • Identify System Updates and Configurations
    • Ensure Timely Delivery of Projects/Products
    • Examine and Document Business Processes
    • All Other Duties as Assigned or Required

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 – 5 years Applicable Experience Working in Account Management, Project Management and/or Product Implementations in a Relevant Industry and/or Setting
    • Minimum 1 – 5 years in Software or Technical IT Environment
    • Experience in Delivering Communications and Reports to Cross-Functional Management Teams
    • Excellent Project Management Skills to Successfully Lead and Manage Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously
    • Demonstrated Ability to Successfully Act as the Liaison between External and Internal Customers while Maintaining a High-Level of Client Satisfaction
    • Ability to Cope Effectively in Stressful Situations
    • Ability to Grasp Intricacies of Complex Technical Subject Matter Identifying Key Tasks and Deliverables
    • Ability to Plan, Think and Act Independently to make Appropriate Decisions Ensuring Accurate and Effective Project Management for Each Assignment
    • Comprehension of Procedures used with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project
    • Experience with or Knowledge of Pre-Paid Implementations, Pre-Paid Transaction Processing and/or Retail Point of Sale Integrations and Systems.

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or Related Field, or Equivalent Work Experience Required
    • PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum and/or Agile Certification Preferred, but Not Required
