    Responsibilities

    The Associate Product Manager position’s key focus will be to assist the Wireless Product Management team with operational support tasks that include project management and tracking of product setup and production, data management, inventory and supply chain status, launch testing, as well as reporting and analytics functions.  This role may also be responsible for managing the overall account relationship, launch activities, and distribution execution for small Wireless and Long Distance partners.  Activities would include execution of initial and ongoing account launches, maximizing opportunities to expand distribution of retail and digital wireless products, recommendation of additional account product offerings, engaging accounts in promotional opportunities, and helping drive partner sales growth. 

    Qualifications

    • Ability to grow account revenue thru activities such as product expansion, promotional opportunities or program implementations\
    • Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations
    • Ability to analyze sales reports and identifying trends
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Strong project management skills with the ability matrix manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
    • Must be a headstrong self-starter with the ability to overcome internal/external barriers, and proactively define steps, processes, and initiatives necessary to accomplish an established strategic goal (without the need for explicit step-by-step instruction)
    • Possess drive and sense of urgency; a desire to proactively own operational execution, and a demonstrated ability to grasp new opportunities, develop solutions, and voice recommendations
    • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively, resolve account issues, and overcome obstacles in a timely manner
    • Excellent relationship management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
    • Other Tasks and Responsibilities as assigned
    • 0- 2 years account management experience
    • Bachelors degree or commensurate experience in a related field
