InComm is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Employee Relations, HR team. The Employee Relations team is responsible for providing human resources consultation and support to organizational leaders, managers, supervisors and employees regarding HR initiatives, company policies and employment best practices. Areas of support include: employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational design and engagement for a respective assigned client group.
This role will be based out of our Portland office and will primarily support InComm Digital Solutions. However, it will also support 2-3 other InComm locations such as Redmond and Denver which, will require occasional travel as needed. This role will support no more 500 employees and you will serve as the principal point of contact for employee and manager inquiries from assigned client groups, etc. regarding HR concerns and issues.

The Human Resources Manager is the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals in support of InComm’s Mission and Values. This role is critical in executing key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. This role will support various local and remote client groups.
