    About This Opportunity

    InComm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage day to day office management duties. The scope of this job will incluce a wide range of functions and responsibilities and we are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude, team player, and very organized. 


    The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

    • Provides general office assistance: scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing, purging, shipping, calendar management and mail distribution
    • Answers office door and incoming calls, directs to appropriate parties
    • Maintains office budget
    • Communicates and coordinates with internal and external customers to review and resolve issue
    • Makes office purchases and reconciles monthly credit card statement
    • Manage employee travel and expense reports
    • Organize employee welfare functions, daily snacks and kitchen cleanliness
    • Manage relationships with office & facility vendors
    • Provide employee safety communication, training & supply maintenance
    • Process complex product certification data
    • Manage corporate contracts


    • Three years of experience with general office procedures
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Familiarity with Accounts Payable procedures
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Self-starter
    • Ability to respond to prioritize multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
    • Effective communication skills needed to interact with internal and external contacts
