    Responsibilities

    • Supporting the preparation, review, processing, and closure of change controls.
    • Responsible for vetting change requests against documented process to ensure all required artifacts and pre-approvals are in place before approving for CAB meetings
    • Manage the Change Calendar; manage all scheduling requests against multiple internal business calendars to align with business requirements and to ensure no conflicting configuration items are deploying at the same time
    • Assisting the Change Manager in the research and writing of change control documents, coordinating their review, approval and execution.
    • Assisting in the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on established metrics.
    • Manage daily Virtual Change Approval Board (VCAB) meetings
    • Manage Emergency Change Approval Board (ECAB) meetings as and when necessary, including afterhours
    • Assist in maintaining change process documentation.
    • Assist in training and communicating the change management process
    • On-call rotation for afterhours/weekend support
    • Support internal and external audits
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional environment is required.
    • Organizational skills, time management and the ability to adapt to changing requirements is required.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office skills is required.
    • Awareness of ITIL Frameworks is required.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
    • The ability to prioritize and negotiate without direct line authority is required.
