    About This Opportunity

    The position is a high-profile role with significant importance to the overall InComm Financial Services Product Marketing organization. This position will lead the marketing on all websites for InComm’s consumer facing brands within the Financial Services division. This role will report to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing and will work in close collaboration with the Financial Services leadership team.


    The Web Marketing Manager will lead the development, implementation and management of website marketing for multiple prepaid card programs including MyVanilla, American Express Serve, American Express Bluebird and American Express Gift Card. You will develop, execute, and manage cross-functional efforts to drive growth and retention across all website marketing touchpoints.


    • Manage A/B and multivariate testing of the marketing placements across the websites, including the test strategy, segmentation, results, analysis and recommendation.
    • Collaborate with product marketing and design teams for the creative design of the websites.
    • Identify areas for optimizations on the effectiveness of the Marketing sites, then compile into a master roadmap and work with key stake-holders to size, prioritize and implement those optimizations.
    • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Product teams on new feature/product launches and to ensure that loyalty campaigns are integrated into broader product marketing plans.
    • Conduct creative audits of the website and work to secure annual control reviews to ensure the content on all web pages is up to date for compliance and legal.
    • Generate complex reports using the latest web analytics tools and communicate in an open forum.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
    • 5-7 years of experience in managing website marketing with In-depth knowledge of best practices
    • Familiar with the latest CMS solutions (WordPress, Joomla, Sitecore, SDL Tridon, etc.)
    • Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.) and testing solutions (Adobe Target, Exact Target, etc.)
    • A proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas and recommendations
    • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
    • Excellent written, verbal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • B2C marketing experience and/or financial services marketing experience preferred
