InComm is currently seeking an HR Generalist III to join our HR Administration team. The HR Administration team is our most diverse team in HR. They are responsible for the handling systems, office administration, compliance, and project management for the Human Resources department.
InComm is growing rapidly and as a result, our compliance and immigration practice needs have grown as well. We are looking for a strategic and tactical HR Generalist with strong experience within immigration and compliance. The HR Generalist will serve as the "Compliance Officer" and will be responsible for reporting for AAP, EEO-1 and VETS-4212. The HR Generalist III will also own and manage our immigration program. You will work closes with our attorney and employees to petition, track, and manage Visa, EAD, and Permanent Residency.
The HR Generalist III should have 3-5 years of previously HR compliance and immigration experience.
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the management and execution of various initiatives within the HR department related to compliance management, including but not limited to compliance reporting, immigration, data analytics, HRIS, and participation/collaboration with the internal Safety Team.
