    About This Opportunity

    InComm is currently seeking an HR Generalist III to join our HR Administration team.  The HR Administration team is our most diverse team in HR.  They are responsible for the handling systems, office administration, compliance, and project management for the Human Resources department.  


    InComm is growing rapidly and as a result, our compliance and immigration practice needs have grown as well.  We are looking for a strategic and tactical HR Generalist with strong experience within immigration and compliance.   The HR Generalist will serve as the "Compliance Officer" and will be responsible for reporting for AAP, EEO-1 and VETS-4212.   The HR Generalist III will also own and manage our immigration program.   You will work closes with our attorney and employees to petition, track, and manage Visa, EAD, and Permanent Residency.


    The HR Generalist III should have 3-5 years of previously HR compliance and immigration experience. 




    The Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the management and execution of various initiatives within the HR department related to compliance management, including but not limited to compliance reporting, immigration, data analytics, HRIS, and participation/collaboration with the internal Safety Team.


    Duties and Responsibilities


    • Manage and own the company immigration sponsorship program
      • Visa petition tracking and management for Cap Cases, Renewals, Permanent Residency, Optional Practical Training, EAD, and employer transfers (i.e. Visas under H, O, I, TN, F-1 OPT, etc.)
    • Manage and own company compliance reporting programs (i.e. VETS4212, EEO-1,AAP)
      • Support enterprise-wide compliance audits
    • Act as Safety and Compliance Officer representative for the Human Resources department
      • Serve as HR emergency response floor warden
    • Manage and support corporate policy and procedure initiatives to include research, creation, revision and deployment (e.g. Employee Handbook, Travel Policy, Security Badge management)
    • Manage and support aspects of HCMS/HRIS/LMS configuration and deployment for compliance training initiatives
    • Support aspects of HR administration
      • HR information desk coverage
      • Employment verification process
    • Support maintenance of corporate job description library
      • Research, support and facilitate the development of job descriptions
    • Support cross functional and intradepartmental projects and initiatives geared toward enhancing organizational productivity and development
    • Specific duties may vary depending upon departmental requirements





      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
      • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a dynamic HR department
        • Minimum 3 year of experience with immigration and compliance reporting preferred
      • Human Resource professional credentials preferred (ex. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-PC, SHRM-SPC)


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


      • Demonstrated experience with HRIS functionality and reporting
      • Demonstrated experience with compliance reporting, analysis and filing
      • Demonstrated experience with immigration petition management
        • Ability to articulate immigration concepts and advise managers on appropriate course(s) of action
      • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and effective judgment
      • Demonstrated ability to analyze trends in HR data and derive viable solutions
      • Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables and drive them to successful outcomes
      • Ability to communicate in a structured and orderly fashion
      • Ability to converse with professionals at all levels with the organization
