    About This Opportunity

    InComm is looking for a Controller with an extensive inventory accounting background to put in controls and processes to support the movement and accounting of inventory.

    The Controller will be responsible for InComm’s Bill on Shipment and Digital Solutions business which includes physical and digital gift cards fulfilled via bulk or individual shipment. This is a unique opportunity for someone experienced with systems introductions and integration of inventory accounting function in large distribution environments. You will be managing a team of experienced Senior Accountants and interacting with many different members of the organization. 


    The Controller’s responsibilities will include recognition of revenue from card fulfillment for customers, analysis of program margins, and validation and reconciliation of payments to partners and billings to customers. This position will be responsible for completing standard, monthly analyses and reporting in conjunction with the closing of the books and will include the monthly reconciliation of certain balance sheet accounts. The overall objective of the Controller and their team is to ensure that revenue is recognized in a timely and accurate basis, billings to customers are accurate and complete and partner costs are accurately captured, validated and paid.



    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in accounting or finance from four-year accredited college or university
    • 10 years of audit, accounting, and financial experience
    • Current, extensive knowledge of US GAAP and internal control processes
    • Knowledge and experience with financial systems and the integration of financial information into the General Ledger.
    • CPA Active License a plus
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated and self-directed.
    • BlackLine and Oracle experience a plus, especially Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing Modules
