    About This Opportunity

    The Compliance Analyst will support the Compliance Director and Compliance Program/Department to ensure business integrity and compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations, contract provisions, accreditation standards, and internal policies/procedures to support growth of the organization. The Compliance Analyst will implement system wide initiatives, policies and processes related to the expansion efforts and be responsible for program oversight, risk assessment, creating reports, education/training and audit/monitoring. The Compliance Analyst will also support the Compliance Director in developing the Vendor Oversight Program to include analyzing risk assessments, performing audits, creating reports, educating and following up with the business area to ensure processes exist to demonstrate compliance with delegation and vendor oversight requirements for the Plan. The Compliance Analyst will serve as a resource to support the Compliance Director in the general development of the Compliance Program/Department and will also serve in an acting role to provide back up when the Compliance Director is not available.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop audit tools, plan, schedule, and conduct readiness audits as it relates to all lines of business and the Compliance Program.
    • Provide written reports of audit findings and present recommendations.
    • Escalate any issues of non-compliance immediately and as necessary.
    • Facilitate development/training, monitoring and implementation of remedial measures.
    • Develop and implement risk assessments to identify potential insufficiencies.
    • Effectively present information and respond to inquiries from employees, management, and others, as necessary.
    • Handle complex project planning/program issues and develop and implement policies and procedures.
    • Review, analyze and interpret regulatory requirements in a clear and concise manner.
    • Consult with all lines of business to identify, analyze, refine and document business requirements.
    • Review operational procedures; maintain current business process maps; define best practices and recommend procedural process improvements.
    • Assists in preparing project proposals and project plans.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience working with a compliance and/or audit program desired.
    • Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services.
    • Bachelor’s Degree, related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Advanced skills with MS Office tools (including Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook and experience with auditing software.

    Required experience:

    • Compliance or Audit: 1 year
    • 3-5 years' experience working with compliance frameworks ( SOC1 / SOC 2, PCI, HIPPA, SSAE-16)
    • 5+ years' experience working in or with Information Technology
    • 2+ years' experience working in or with T Security
    • BA or equivalent knowledge / training
    • Compliance Certifications (CRISC, CISA) preferred but not required
