About This Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for someone with entry level billing experience to grow and develop in to a more senior member of the team.  The ideal candidate will learn Oracle, have attention to detail and work well within a team environment.




  • Process all billing functions – including billing for any orders as well as any fees in accordance with contracts and agreements
  • Provide accurate and timely completion of assignments and inquiry responses
  • Create manual invoices in Oracle via Order Management
  • Pursue / coordinate billing issue resolution while communicating progress to internal / external customers on a regular basis.
  • Complete project deadlines as assigned by Lead or Manager.
  • Assist with reconciliation and collections of invoices billed
  • Assist in billing tracking and validation of unbilled amounts
  • Work on billing adjustments – credit memos, debit memos and re-bills
  • Able to keep manager informed of daily work in progress and issues if any
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned




.        Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • ORACLE 11i and R12 experience a plus
  • Intermediate in Excel, Outlook
  • General transaction processing knowledge
  • 1-2 Years billing experience preferred
