    About This Opportunity

    The Sr. Software Security Architect will be focusing on the tactical delivery of secure software and systems knowledgeable in all areas of secure system design, this individual will be a key contributor to the Secure (SDLC) Software Development Life Cycle process and procedure.

     

    We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive background and experience in implementing the OWASP Practices as well as NIST Security CIA Triad across all aspects of platform development. 

     

    This role will work with multiple teams of developers and applications to protect agains vulnerabilities.

     

    Have experience with OWASP,  Secure Application Development,  Vulnerability Detection, Ethical Hacking?  Do you have a foundation in Software Development?

    Responsibilities

    • Work with Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC processes and have the ability to adapt to quick changes in direction and objectives to achieve a goal.   
    • Ensure software delivery with strong knowledge of secure application development best practices. 
    • Implementation of OWASP Practices as well as NIST Security CIA Triad across all aspects of platform development (Infrastructure, Software Development, Countermeasure deployment and threat mitigation). 
    • Use countermeasure toolsets, such as building and leveraging YAR rules for threat and malware detection and defensive application development.

    Qualifications

    Candidate must have at least three or more years of experience/familiar with one of the  below languages: Java, C, C++, C#, .Net, Assembly, Swift, Object-C

     

    Candidate must have at least three or more years of experience with one the below scripting languages:  JavaScript, Ruby, Python, CSS, HTML PHP and PERL are a plus.

     

    Job requirements also includes at least three or more years of experience with one of the Below Query languages and Databases:  Oracle, Mongo DB, SQL Plus, SQL, and MySQL

     

    Candidate must have at least three to five or more years of experience with the one of the below Application Security Scanning tools: Fortify, Qualys, IBM App scan Veracode.

     

    Familiar with the below Methodologies:  SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), PCI-DSS, ITIL and Six Sigma.

     

    Candidate must have at least three years of with Web Application Developer Experience: JQuery, JBOSS, GitHub, AngularJS, Sass, NodeJS, IDE or any other types of code compiler such as GCC, or LVM.

     

    Educational Background or Certifications: Two or Four-Year Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

     

    Certifications: CEH, Software Assurance certifications, Java, C++, AWS, Ruby, JavaScript, CISSP or equivalent security certifications.
