About This Opportunity

The Senior Manager of Strategic Program Development is responsible for all private label and reseller relationships for InComm HealthCare & Affinity.  The Sr. Manager will work closely with retail partners who have implemented the Enhanced Payment Platform and desire to sell directly to program sponsors. 


The job is based out of InComm Healthcare and Affinity’s  headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.  This role reports to the Vice President of Operations, Product & Strategy. 


The Sr. Manager will be responsible to take program sponsor referrals from retail partners.  In addition the Sr. Manager will be responsible for establishing a program to work with program sponsors/managers who desire to market programs with restricted spend and/or discount offers.  



  • 3+ years experience in the field or in a related area 
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to write in a clear and concise manner 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent project management and time management skills 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills 
  • Knowledge of health care space (health plans, HIPPA, PHI) 
  • Background in product development 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Self-starter able to work well independently
