About This Opportunity

The Account Manager will report to the assigned Sales Manager(s).  This position’s key focus will be to grow and maintain the prepaid business for InComm at assigned retailer(s) while driving and maximizing account productivity. The Account Manager should be detail orientated and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of category management, reporting, and analysis. This person will help the InComm account team support the prepaid category at the retailer with the goal of growing sales and profitability with a special focus on operational, marketing and promotional initiatives. An overview of responsibilities include:


  1. Ongoing communication with Sales Manager and Retailers in support of providing best-in-class product category
  2. Plan and launch new products and programs
  3. Provide organizational support in areas such as: merchandising, warehousing, marketing, fraud control, product replenishment, etc.
  4. Primary Liaison with InComm warehouse team to support all kitting and orders
  5. Assist with the on-going management of InComm Auto Replenishment and OOS levels
  6. Secure inventory allocations from individual product owners as needed, to get ETAs on new products/initiatives, etc.
  7. Forecasting future needs on cards, graphics, displays, etc. based on a formula that includes current sell-through rate, expansion and new stores.
  8. Support with presentations for business review presentations, promo summaries, new partner/program proposals and partner alliance
  9. Collaborate with merchandising teams on initiatives/resets/addressing problems to resolution
  10. Reviewing reports/pictures provided by merchandisers to ensure execution and compliance with account team and retailer strategy.
  11. Regular support, troubleshooting and resolution for store level, billing and Customer Service Issues
  12. Ongoing Maintenance of databases, including: master store list, fixture list by store, pricebook and InComm merchant program file.
  13. Document issues requiring further action and communicate those actions in writing to the responsible parties
  14. Oversee the management and resolution of all issues not resolved through normal Tier I & II customer services support resources
  15. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned




  1. Bachelor's degree. Significant work experience may be considered on a case by case basis in lieu of a degree
  2. 1 to 3 years of Account Management experience
  3. Point of sale, marketing services or sales experience
  4. Prepaid or gift card business experience
  5. Strategic account planning
