    About This Opportunity

    We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong automation background. This position will exercise new, enhanced and remediated features and functions to ensure the assigned software applications meet the quality guidelines and compliance standards. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for developing and executing formal test suites to ensure delivery of quality software applications. Perform detailed review of test suites and develop automated test cases and test configurations needed to meet testing business requirements, track and monitor defect resolution activity.


    • Responsible for the total quality of the scrum in the Agile process
    • Collaborates with the Business and System Analysts during requirements development to ensure the needs are testable
    • Is accountable for testing all business requirements across numerous software applications
    • Utilizes time managements skills to proactively balance the workload of multiple, concurrent initiatives, so that all deliverables are met on time and with quality
    • Create Test strategies and plans.
    • Write and modify automated test scripts.
    • Map business and technical requirements into test suites, test cases and test scripts.
    • Identify, document and assist in resolution of all defects related to test suite execution.
    • Support Partner Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
    • Validate new software in the production environment.
    • Support post-deployment efforts to align with “warrantee” period.
    • Identify future product enhancement opportunities.
    • Collaborates with peers, vendors, QA groups (internal and external) and development groups for test planning and execution, defect detection and resolution, risk mitigation, and production implementation


    • Must have Selenium/Automation and/or C# programming experience
    • Expertise in one of the object oriented programming languages is preferable
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • In-depth attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communications
    • Knowledge of Automation tools
    • Knowledge of Defect management tools
    • Collaborative attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to changes
    • Capacity to handle multiple tasks
    • Ability to work independently and the knowledge as to when to seek guidance
    • Ability to quickly learn new software, automation tools and technology
    • Self-motivated
    • Database knowledge 

    Educational requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years’ testing experience or Bachelor's in Computer Science with 2 years’ testing experience or Technical Degree with 2 years’ testing experience or Master degree in Computer Science
