    Working with the Directors, Financial Planning & Analysis, the successful candidate must be self-driven to accurately complete project tasks on tight deadlines. Specific duties will include:

    • Assist with all aspects of the financial planning process including variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
    • Work with the Sales team on pricing models related to customer and vendor contract negotiations
    • Assist in developing management reporting package with business metrics
    • Lead and manage ad-hoc financial analysis as required
    • Create annual budget and quarterly forecasts
    • Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual actual results against financial target
    • Analyze variances
    • Develop expense projections to analyze anticipated future spending
    • Create ad hoc analysis and models to show various situations for department initiatives
    • Support month end close process
    • Proficient with extracting, analyzing, Planning, and Financial reporting and analytical tools





    • 2-4 years of proven FP&A experience, focus on revenue a plus
    • Ownership of P&L a plus
    • Financial planning
    • Financial forecasting
    • Financial budgeting 
    • Variance analysis
    • Heavy EXCEL
    • Experience working in FP&A or Corporate finance department previously
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Self-starter with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proactive problem solving and leadership skills
    • Strong initiative and an enthusiastic, energized work ethic
    • Advanced spreadsheet and database skills with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Access - recommended
    • Ability to work with and effectively communicate with upper management
