About This Opportunity

This position is a great 'next step' for the candidate who has solid account management skills within the Financial Services industry.  The long term goal is to develop in to a Senior account manager and handle more complex clients.  The team is very collaborative and help with developing the necessary skills to succeed.


The Account Manager II will take ownership of managing the day to day account activities for one our financial services products.  The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Owns the relationship with Partners that have been on-boarded and tasked with growing the business.
  • Keeping internal teams informed of Partner activity, Partner pipeline updates, promotional opportunities, etc. 
  • Expand Partner relationships with a Key Account Management focus that has direct Key Account Management responsibility including: oversight of Financial Planning, Sales, Recon & Settlement, Contracts, Risk and Compliance, Operations, Project Management, Trade Marketing and Strategic Planning.
  • Strengthen our program partnerships through planning and goal setting
  • Develop employees understanding of strategy and execution
  • Develop retail assets to embrace technology and increase revenues
  • Align behaviors amongst management team
  • Foster culture of speed, adaptability, flexibility, innovation and creativity
  • Expand support for key Regional teams
  • Succeed fiscal business plan
  • Build business intelligence to support future planning
  • Seek and evaluate new accretive opportunities
  • Build our contractual pipeline into a scalable model through detailed business and account planning
  • Dedicated to managing relationships across the business teams and our trade partnerships by working to resolve issues and exceed revenue goals
  • Develop a communication platform to engage on relevant market trends, BI, opportunity and formulate strategy to achieve results through impact and implementation
  • Actively work with our Partnerships to on-board new Billers and make our portfolio an attractive and desired ‘in-lane / walk-in bill payment’ solution for consumers
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions







  • Minimum 2 to 5 years in job related experience, preferably payments industry
  • Previous experience managing Senior Business Accounts
  • College Degree or Higher
  • Expert Level MS Office-Excel, CRM
