    About This Opportunity

    As Product Development Manager, you will lead a scrum team focused on building and extending platform functionality in support of overall business goals. You will identify platform opportunities, solve complex technical challenges, and delivery compelling solutions that delight our customers and partners. You will work as part of a scrum team, to ensure flawless end-to-end execution and management of the product development process and platform evolution.



    The Product team shares five key objectives:

    • We design, develop and deploy a software platform that provides capabilities, features and functionality across existing and new products.
    • We build and enhance products that provide simple and convenient solutions to real customer needs.
    • We drive the product roadmap and define timelines for future features and capabilities.
    • We identify and deliver product enhancements that not only improve the P&L, but also sure quality and performance.
    • We partner closely with our business and cross-functional partners to meet commercial, customer, and operational needs.

    All the above are delivered in an Agile process from end-to-end.


    Responsibilities include

    • Leading agile teams to build new products, features and capabilities.
    • Partnering with Product Managers to build compelling user and business-driven platform capabilities, features and capabilities while delivering positive P&L impact.
    • Partnering with product managers and program management to support new opportunities.
    • Partnering with the technology team to define and schedule units of works, and provide estimated timelines for work completion.
    • Ability to communicate clearly within a team structure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment without losing focus and attention to detail.
    • Developing comprehensive product backlog including feature improvements, architectural expansion, and rapid integration opportunities.





    • Minimum of 2 years of Agile
    • BS or equivalent required
    • Desired Technical skills 
    • Ability to run simple SQL queries and understand database structure and how data flows.
    • Additional requirements/qualifications (skills/knowledge required):
    • 3+ years experience in payment industry.
    • Exceptional ability to think strategically and analytically
    • Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility
    • Passionate customer advocate with distinguished ability to identify and meet customer needs
    • Respect for user experience and technical design essential
    • Proven ability to build collaborative, trusting cross-functional relationships
    • Experience working with Agile development methodologies preferred
    • High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic environment
