    About This Opportunity

    InComm is seeking a brand designer to lead, manage, and grow InComm’s Financial Services product brands.  The role demands innovation, an obsession with quality, and the ability to solve business challenges with creativity while keeping the user experience in mind.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute creative vision for InComm Financial Services products, specifically the American Express brands.
    • Create modern and inspiring campaigns and design solutions across all consumer touchpoints, including: in-store, video, online, social, and emerging platforms.
    • Provide guidance for the use of design concepts via well-articulated brand guidelines.
    • Lead conceptual brainstorming and visual explorations.
    • Provide design-mentorship to associate designer.
    • Stay abreast of current design trends and technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Must possess a strong business acumen with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting brand standards and executing high quality aesthetics.
    • Ability to think strategically and conceptually.
    • Must possess strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Must be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to interact effectively with others at all levels within and outside the organization.
    • Willingness to listen and adapt.

     Requirements:

    • 5-8 years of relevant design experience in print, web, interactive or direct marketing.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field of study.
    • An exceptional portfolio featuring examples of multi-channel design projects.
    • Experience designing for a retail environment preferred, but not required.
