About This Opportunity

The Master Agent Account Specialist is the primary contact for master agents.  The primary responsibility and overall goal is to insure sub-agents are on-boarded timely. This role works in conjunction with the Master Agent Department on document preparation and with the Applications Department on processing applications following prescribed guidelines.



  • Process expert of the Master Agent life cycle.
  • Comprehends Master Agent contracts and compensation structures.
  • Process expert on products sets.
  • Reports to Market Team and Master Agent status of Sub-agents.
  • Works/coordinates with the Applications Team resources to assist in processing when needed.
  • Works with Market Team and/or Technical Support to insure installations are being completed on time.
  • Provides highest quality of customer service to Master Agents.
  • Provide document preparation using various software applications and general office support.
  • Data/Records processing, analysis, manipulation, and formatting via a Database or other company applications for conformity to company procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Must have the ability to copy and paste and cut and paste data between multiple screens in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Answer all inquiries (phone queue, email, fax, mail) on departmental services and functions.
  • Sort/Classify/Data Entry all documents coming into the department via fax, email, queue management, etc.
  • Research using a variety of tools and systems.
  • Communicate backlog and work flow issues to Manager.
  • Achievement and maintenance of defined quality standards.
  • Prioritizes own work and applies some judgment as required under various situations.
  • Attention to detail, strong proofing/editing skills, and the ability to work through complex document markups in a timely manner.
  • Cross-trained in other department roles.
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between Dealers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
  • Understand and keeping up to date with the systems, applications, products and services used/provided by IAS.


  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills (e.g. MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Typing speed of 45+ wpm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is a must.
  • Well developed organizational and extensive follow-up skills are a must.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
  • Must possess decision-making, analytical and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous contracts and issues at the same time.
  • Ability to answer a phone system
  • Knowledge of business office etiquette and equipment
  • Attend training meetings and session and interacting professionally with peers and managers
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
