About This Opportunity

Opportunity to learn InComm product configurations, billing and transaction processing.  Work in a team-based environment and learn contracts as well as database management skills.  Position offer opportunities for internal advancement as well.


POSITION SUMMARY:      This position ensures timely and accurate administration of Back Office Master Data Entry in accordance with InComm’s policies, while maintaining a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.  This position supports InVision Back Office (IBO), Billing, Medagate, Transaction Processing, InComm Consolidated Terminals (ICT), Retail Solutions and other internal departments as related to setup and configuration of Master Data.





  • Build the configuration of new products launched to merchants in Back Office
  • Complete enrichment of data for all products in Back Office
  • Complete configuration of all new Transaction Processing data
  • Complete configuration of all new ICT data
  • Follow up with Sales Rep/Account Management/Product Management Teams to obtain additional data for International merchant and partner billing and transaction processing configuration
  • Assist International Billing Team with related questions and inquiries                                     



  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to be detail oriented and meet deadlines
  • Extremely organized
