About This Opportunity

InComm’s Financial Services Division will be supporting a new online acquisition strategy in partnership with American Express. This role is responsible for development, implementation and management of aspects of InComm’s external digital customer acquisition strategy for American Express Gift Card and Serve. Responsibilities include:



  • Generate qualified traffic and acquire customers across online and mobile marketing channels, including paid/natural search marketing, programmatic display, digital retargeting, social media networks, and other channels as appropriate
  • Development of compelling customer propositions, segmentation and offer strategies to drive aggressive growth of Serve and American Express Gift Card through digital and mobile channels.
  • Continually analyze and optimize both front and back end campaign performance using split and multivariate testing, executing changes based on quantitative, actionable insight.
  • Identify highest value customer segments and tailor online marketing efforts to attract and retain these customers
  • Work closely with brand and product teams to create, manage and optimize digital creatives, landing pages, and the registration/purchase flow



  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 5-7 years consumer prospect marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering innovative product and customer experience strategies that drive business results in a fast paced start up environment.
  • Experience with programmatic ad buying and search management platforms and software
  • Direct-response media experience and proven ability to deliver successful online strategies that drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition across online channels (ideally for an e-commerce company).
  • Good command of customer segmentation and familiarity with web analytics packages experienced in multi-variate and A/B testing, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair.
  • Solid leadership skills and strategic thinking with strong customer focus. Assertive and collaborative, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
  • Polished communication skills, persuasive presentation skills and the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business demands.
