About This Opportunity

The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program within InComm’s Security and Compliance department and works with the Sr. Director of ERM to track and monitor enterprise and operational risks. The position is responsible for understanding risk management principles, business processes and data analysis.


  • Works with Sr. Director – Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to track enterprise and operational risks
  • Develop risk reporting and evaluate risks with business owners
  • Monitor risk development for trends against targets/thresholds and work with business owners to address adverse developments
  • Maintain risk registers with associated mitigation/remediation activities and metrics
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of ERM framework, including procedures, policies, and communications
  • Facilitate discussions within business units to identify and track operational risks
  • Support governance around committee meetings, including minutes and advanced reporting
  • Assist in ensuring risks are managed within the ERM framework
  • Promote overall awareness of the ERM function, ERM benefits, role and responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring accurate data capture of activities and IT risks in support of risk reporting for all levels of management.
  • Monitor overall performance of the ERM program and identify opportunities to enhance current practices and influence continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Risk Management or unrelated field with direct experience in risk management
  • Three to five years (3-5) of work experience in a consulting, data analysts and/or risk management
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management and internal control standards (i.e., COSO framework)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation skills and writing skills
  • Ability to analyze and develop business and management risk reports to include risk aggregation and trending involving both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio)
  • Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GRC tools (preferably ServiceNow) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Qlikview, etc)
  • Project and program management experience
  • Payments industry and/or Financial Technology experience
  • Industry designations: ARM, CRISC, or similar risk management designation
