About This Opportunity

InComm is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Financial Services Product Team. This role will work to acquire and retain American Express reloadable prepaid customers through channel partners, such as online and in-person tax preparation providers.  The partner marketing manager will develop and distribute partner marketing collateral, implement effective partner engagement strategies, develop and oversee new co-marketing opportunities, then analyze the performance of those initiatives. As a member of the Product Marketing team, this role will work closely with Sales, Account Management and Brand teams to develop engaging co-branded and/or white-label marketing programs and campaigns through digital and traditional media.


We are looking for a product marketing professional that understands partner and channel marketing as well as payments. We are looking for someone familiar with working with partners, utilizing product management and marketing best practices to assist in establishing and optimizing processes, programs and strategies. This role will work with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to establish and understand strategy, then drive tactical execution as it pertains to product value statement, go-to-market, promotional plans, overall roadmap and marketing calendars and any other activity or initiative promoting American Express reloadable prepaid products through partner channels. The goal of the position is to grow the partner channel (B2B) for American Express reloadable prepaid products as well as consumer adoption (B2C) of products sold through those channels.


  • Work with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive tactical execution of processes, plans and calendars for partner channel-related product initiatives under the American Express reloadable prepaid umbrella
  • Build strong relationships with partners and internal groups to develop partner- and consumer-facing collateral and programs that highlight the value of American Express’ reloadable products to partners’ current and prospective customers across all marketing channels
  • Lead in the creation of value statements, go-to-market plans, marketing calendars and promotional plans for reloadable products sold via partner channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners
  • Grow partner engagement and consumer adoption of American Express reloadable prepaid products
  • Effectively communicate project and program status and results to partners and management
  • Track and manage partner marketing budgets
  • Help to manage agencies and any third-party relationships as they pertain to initiatives with channel partners



  • 5-7 years of experience as a multi-channel product marketing leader – including online, email, social and print media
  • Experience developing and implementing consumer-facing marketing through partner channels
  • Expertise in developing and implementing co-branded and/or white-label product marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects to completion with superb attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of product marketing best practices and the ability to effectively implement product management best practices with partners
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across all organization levels and interact with partners
  • Previous financial services marketing experience and solid understanding of payments and the prepaid market place preferred
