About This Opportunity

The position is a high-profile role with significant importance to the overall InComm Financial Services Product Marketing organization. This position will lead all cardholder loyalty and customer marketing initiatives for InComm’s consumer facing brands within the Financial Services division. This role will report to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing and will work in close collaboration with the Financial Services  leadership team. The Loyalty Marketing Manager will lead the development, implementation and management of loyalty programs for multiple prepaid card programs including MyVanilla, American Express Serve, American Express Bluebird and American Express Gift Card. You will develop, execute, and manage cross-functional efforts to drive growth and retention across all marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall strategy to drive activation, retention and usage of prepaid card products
  • Manage all email marketing campaigns for customer engagement, from early engagement to loyalty and retention.
  • Leverage email best practices, results and A/B testing to optimize campaign results
  • Lead creative development for email creative, developing creative briefs based on strategy
  • Serve as main point of contact with email vendor to coordinate execution of campaigns
  • Identify target segments for all campaigns and work with the Data Analytics team to request data
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of loyalty campaigns and adjust future programs based on key learnings
  • Collaborate with external partners on customer marketing campaigns, including network associations, retailers and other partners
  • Oversee and conduct analysis and insight to manage the success of each program; partner with Analytics team as needed to gather data and inform future programs
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Product teams on new feature/product launches and to ensure that loyalty campaigns are integrated into broader product marketing plans.
  • Communicate results and present insights to brand partners and Executive Leadership

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or realted field required
  • 5-7 years of experience in email marketing campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Ability to work with data and segements
  • A proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas and recommendations
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
  • A proven track record in launching and/or managing loyalty/retention marketing programs
  • Excellent written, verbal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • B2C marketing experience and/or financial services marketing experience preferred
